Turmeric is India's signature spice and the single largest volume line we move. We buy finger turmeric in the Erode, Nizamabad and Sangli markets, hold it against a declared curcumin band, and mill to the mesh your process needs. Because curcumin is the value driver, every lot is quoted against a stated minimum and confirmed on a third-party certificate of analysis before shipment.
